According to a survey on e-wallet usage in Vietnam in 2021 by Decision Lab, acceptance at many online stores and platforms was the leading factor to consider when choosing an e-wallet among Vietnamese respondents, as stated by 66 percent of them. In-app promotions were the second-most chosen factor, selected by 63 percent of the respondents.
