Usage rates of online grocery delivery methods in the U.S. 2021, by product
U.S. consumers who shop online prefer to have their groceries delivered to their homes, according to a 2021 survey. However, in-store or curbside pickup gained popularity for specific product categories. For example, 46 percent of respondents said they favored in-store pickup for alcoholic beverages, and a close percentage said the same for cooking or baking supplies.
