According to a survey on retail shopping behavior conducted by Rakuten Insight in June 2021, approximately 60 percent of Vietnamese respondents went shopping in physical stores less often during the COVID-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, 24 percent of them stated that they went offline shopping more frequently.
