According to a survey on retail shopping behavior conducted by Rakuten Insight in June 2021, approximately 50 percent of Vietnamese respondents now preferred to shop both online and offline due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, 42 percent of them stated that they no longer shopped in physical stores.
