Leading reasons why U.S. consumers would buy a haunted house 2023

Although home buyers would typically try to avoid haunted houses, a number of factors could lead consumers in the United States to reconsider. In 2023, about seven in 10 surveyed U.S. home shoppers stated they would think about buying a haunted house due to the lower price of the property. Furthermore, about 40 percent of respondents said they would consider purchasing such a property if the ghosts were friendly.
