Brazil: main concerns among customers when shopping in-store 2021
Nearly 60 percent of the people responding to a survey published in Brazil in June 2021 said standing in line too long with other people around them was one of their main concerns when shopping in stores. Another worry 57 percent of the respondents stated was that the store they were shopping in was following the hygiene and cleaning protocols required during the pandemic. Brazil was severely affected by the coronavirus pandemic, and the country has one of the largest number of cases in the world.
