With a total of 1.3 billion square feet of space leased, CBRE was the commercial real estate brokerage company with the most space leased in 2022. Cushman and Wakefield ranked second as it leased about 797 million square feet. Newmark ranked fourth not only in amount of space leased, but also in investment sales volumes.
