In 2023, around 28.27 percent of Taiwan's foreign wine imports originated from France. Meanwhile, wine from Italy accounted for around 15.2 percent of the total wine import volume that year. Wine brands from overseas have a strong presence in Taiwan's alcoholic beverages market.
