According to the survey results, 38 percent of both iOS and Android smartphone owners in Russia reported to use a fingerprint screen lock method. Furthermore, a graphic key was used by 23 percent of the survey participants with Android smartphones, whereas nearly one third percent of iOS users preferred to unlock their mobile devices using facial recognition.

The survey was conducted in 53 regions of Russia.
