According to the survey results, nearly 90 percent of Russian iOS smartphone users had a screen lock on their smartphones. On the other hand, approximately 40 percent of Android smartphone owners reported not having any type of screen lock.

The survey was conducted in 53 regions of Russia.
The original question was phrased as follows: "Если прямо сейчас Вы включите ваш смартфон, он потребует разблокировку – например, по коду доступа, паролю, отпечатку пальца или иным образом?"
