Favorite home delivery timeline in the U.S. 2021, by category
A July 2021 survey to understand U.S shoppers' habits reported that 36 percent of respondents prefer to have groceries delivered within the same day of purchase. Another 13 percent chose 'within the hour' as their favorite delivery timeline in the grocery segment. The trend was similar to both alcohol and food products. Users seemed more willing to receive most of the remaining products from the next day after the purchase onwards.
