As of September 2022, around 45 percent of the re-commerce application Xianyu users in China were aged 30 years or younger. In comparison, about 14.5 percent of Xianyu app users were between 36 and 40 years old. Xianyu, also known as Idle Fish, is a C2C second-hand marketplace that belongs to Alibaba.
