Major reasons to buy food online in Japan 2021
The leading reason to order food through online services in Japan was to purchase heavy goods as revealed in a survey conducted in May 2021. While almost 56 percent of respondents used services like online supermarkets or shopping services to get heavy foodstuff delivered to their home, only 3.7 percent relied on online services due to a lack of time.
