Frequency of grocery shopping in Japan 2021
The majority of Japanese consumers went grocery shopping several times per week as revealed in a survey conducted in May 2021. While over 42 percent of respondents bought daily food products once or twice per week, almost 13 percent of respondents claimed that their households went grocery shopping almost every day.
