At approximately 75 percent of survey respondents in 2021, pet owners in the United States most frequently used Amazon to search for pet products on the web. When searching for pet products online, a significant share of U.S. consumers also used search engines, such as Google or Bing, while many others would make use of social media platforms, like Facebook, YouTube, or Instagram.
