Opinions on digital travel certificates Europe 2021

A December 2021 study focused on the opinions of European travelers on EU Digital COVID certificates to facilitate trip planning. According to the survey, nearly 52 percent of the total sample believed that the EU Digital COVID certificate could positively contribute to travel. In contrast, roughly a quarter disagreed with the usefulness of the certificate, and 23.6 percent had a neutral opinion. Overall, while around 68 percent of respondents in Spain backed this solution, only 42.4 percent in Switzerland agreed that the certificate would aid with the organization of trips.
