Analytics Center of Excellence is a team or program within an organization that provides knowledge and expertise to unify and accelerate the path to becoming a data-driven organization. And GCCs provide services of business operations, including back-office functions, corporate business support, and contract centers, as well as IT support, including app development and maintenance, remote IT infrastructure, and help desks. GCCs enhance the productivity in the above-mentioned fields through concentration of personnel and infrastructure.
