In 2020, refinery throughput of the Russian oil and gas company Gazprom Neft reached 40.4 million metric tons, falling by over one million metric tons compared to the figure of the previous year. The rates of refining throughput followed a decreasing trend between 2014 and 2017, reaching 40.1 million metric tons in 2017, which was the lowest figure over the period observed.
