Mobile content services global revenue by region 2020

According to a survey of smartphone users worldwide, between November and the end of December 2020, Asia and Oceania reported the highest share of revenues from mobile content worldwide, with 37 percent of revenues generated in the region in the examined period. North America followed, with a share of 29 percent, while Europe ranked third with a share of 23 percent.

(e.g. health monitoring, in car multimedia center) {...} ordering, delivering of commerce of good of non digital goods and services (e.g. a one hour gym coaching session is not a digital service, taxi hailing or m-commerce is not included) [...] communication services (voice, messaging or data connection) [...] Multiplay bundles when payment is managed outside the mobile channel.
