A hybrid work mode allows employees to divide their work time between the office, home, and other locations. According to a survey among 1,000 office employees and 1,000 C-suite employees conducted in the United States in 2021, the vast majority of respondents were in favor of the hybrid model. Furthermore, more than one third of employees were willing to pay between 300 and 500 U.S. dollars per month for an office space if the employer doesn't provide them with access to an office space in a location of their choice.
