Benefits of office hybrid model according to C-suite level employees in the U.S. 2021

Since the beginning of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, office jobs have adjusted to more flexible working models. Working from home has turned into the norm for many, but office spaces remain popular. A hybrid working mode allows employees to divide their work time between the office, home, and other locations. According to a survey among 1,000 C-suite employees conducted in the United States in 2021, the biggest advantage of the hybrid model was more flexibility (52 percent), followed by increased productivity (49 percent). The same survey found that the vast majority of C-suite level respondents were in favor of introducing a hybrid work model.
