Benefits of office hybrid model according to employees in the U.S. 2021
Since the beginning of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, office jobs have adjusted to more flexible working models. Working from home has turned into the norm for many, but office spaces remain popular. According to a survey among 1,000 office employees conducted in the United States in 2021, a considerable percentage of respondents preferred following a hybrid work model and going to the office only a few days a week for a couple of hours. The biggest benefit of the hybrid mode according to the same survey was the better work-life balance.
