Decision makers in UK e-commerce executives were concerned about moving to software based on microservices, a survey showed. In 2020, nearly one in four of them strongly agreed with the fact that the migration was too expensive for their firm. Surely, changing IT architecture for e-commerce platforms was believed to be a complex operation for almost 60 percent of the respondents.
