With approximately 3,900 employees, DLA Piper was the leading law firm in the United Kingdom in terms of employment in 2020. CMS followed closely with nearly 3,800 employees. Within the country, London boasted by far the largest number of individuals employed in the legal services sector, amounted to approximately 111,000.
