Most important factors when buying plant-based products in Norway 2021
In a survey from 2021, respondents from Norway who buy vegetarian food daily or at least sporadically were asked what is most important to them when buying plant-based products. That year, most Norwegians (73 percent) named good taste as the main factor, followed by 63 percent saying that a reasonable price matters also, and 38 percent mentioning a good texture of such products.
