Governance policies in place among family businesses in Nigeria 2020
According to a survey conducted at the end of 2020, half of the family businesses interviewed in Nigeria did not have any governance policies or procedures in place. About 28 percent of them, instead, indicated shareholders agreement, while 22 percent pointed out dividend policy.
