According to a survey conducted in Brazil in March 2021, almost half of the respondents said fast and reliable delivery was a significant feature of their online shopping experience. Brazilian consumers were most drawn to two other benefits of online shopping: the ability to easily navigate the e-commerce website, and the ability to see an extended range of stock compared to physical stores, both accounting for 29 percent of respondents.
