Opinion on love during COVID-19 lockdown in India 2020
According to a December 2020 survey conducted among young man and woman aged between 18 and 35 in India, 85 percent of respondents who were in a relationship realized the meaningful aspects of their relationships due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The lockdown also encouraged 84 percent to find new and innovative ways to stay connected with their partners. However, 80 percent of single people and casual daters found it more difficult to initiate and develop a relationship during the pandemic.
