At the end of the second quarter of 2024, the value of net assets of regulated open-end funds worldwide was highest in the United States. Net assets of equities in the U.S. amounted to a value of almost 20.5 trillion U.S. dollars, followed by Japan and Luxembourg, with equities worth approximately 1.95 trillion and 1.9 trillion U.S. dollars respectively. The value of net assets of bonds and multi asset funds was also highest in the U.S. at the end of the second quarter of 2024, at approximately 6.04 trillion and 1.5 trillion U.S dollars respectively.
