As of 2020, 33 percent of respondents to a survey in the United States indicated that after the COVID-19 pandemic they would use telehealth services somewhat more than they did before, while around a fifth of respondents reported they planned to use telehealth much more than before. On the other hand, around a quarter said they did not want to have virtual videos beyond the pandemic.
