Distribution of HNWI's assets among wealth management institutions in China 2021
As of 2021, about 63 percent of the domestic financial assets of China's high net worth individuals were managed by large banks. This survey shows that wealthy Chinese rely on the banking sector for wealth management services as banking institutions accounted for 87 percent of domestic assets.
