During a survey conducted in March 2021 among B2B marketers in the United States, it was found that 21 percent of respondents said that understanding buyer motivations was one of the biggest challenges in nurturing leads. Re-engaging inactive leads in the pipeline was considered a challenge by 20 percent of B2B marketing decision makers.
