Revenue of eToro by asset class 2017-2020
The revenue distribution of Israeli online trading platform eToro has substantially changed over the last four years. In 2017, almost two thirds of revenue was derived from cryptocurrency trading, whereas this share had sunk to 16 percent in 2020. Conversely, over this period equity trading increased from 11 percent of revenue to 44 percent. The share of income derived from commodities trading also nearly tripled over this period.
