Operating expenses of eToro 2016-2020
As the Israel-headquartered online trading platform eToro has grown in size and popularity, so have their operating expenses. From around 38 million U.S. dollars in 2016, the company's operating costs have grown every year since to reach 220 million U.S. dollars in 2020. eToro's revenue growth has not kept pace with this increase, leading to eToro's EBITDA declining in the years since 2018.
