In 2020, ING Bank had one of the best ATM fees in Romania, with 0 percent withdrawal commission regardless of the ATM's bank, if certain conditions were fulfilled.

* The withdrawal fee from ATMs other than the bank's depends on the type of card.
** The commission is 0 if the income is transferred to ING and at least one online transaction is made per month, other than the one between one's own accounts.
*** The commission depends on the card used. For ATMs other than the bank's, the commission is 0 to the sixth withdrawal, after which a 0.5 percent commission is applied.
