Leading Mexican city hotels 2024, by traveler ratings

The survey was conducted among Travel + Leisure readers. Hotels were rated by respondents based on the rooms, the facilities, the location, the service, the food, and the value. The rating scale for each characteristic was: excellent, above average, average, below average, or poor. Responses were averaged to obtain the final scores.
