In 2018, the highest field of study pursued by Millennials was business, economics and management studies, with over a quarter of them enrolled. Education and engineering followed, at 22 percent and 8.6 percent of the registered Millennials in higher education. The lowest popular field of study was family ecology and consumer science, which had a mere share 0.2 percent of the registered students.
