In 2021, 37 percent of government IT decision makers respondet that their government agency is working with one to two infrastructure as a service (IaaS) providers. These include Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure. Further, 34 percent of respondents indicated using between three and five software as a service (SaaS) solutions, such as Dropbox or Salesforce.
