OTC online sales growth in the U.S. 2020, by merchant

In 2020, U.S. online consumers bought over-the-counter drugs more than they did in the previous year. Looking at the main online merchants, Instacart reported the highest sales growth (395 percent). Online sales generated by OTC orders on Walmart grew by 304 percent, including in-store pickup. Target ranked third among the surveyed platforms, with an OTC online sales growth of 240 percent.
