More than 90 percent of Russians planned to keep working from home over the next year or increase their time spent working remotely, according to a survey conducted in November 2020 and January 2021. The COVID-19 pandemic encouraged consumers' cocooning behavior during the lockdown. More than one half of respondents were concerned about eating out, while nearly 40 percent made more food delivery orders than prior to the pandemic.
