In Norway, the total number of eligible voters grew from 3.76 million in 2017 to 3.87 million in 2021. The number of registered first-time voters aged 18-21 rose from 235,753 in 2017 to 238,900 four years later. Moreover, both the number of eligible voters with a migration background and the number of first-time voters registered as new citizens grew from 2017 to 2021. The parliamentary elections in Norway are due to be held on the 12th and 13th of September 2021.
