According to a survey on subscription video on demand (SvoD) conducted by Rakuten Insight in June 2024 in Vietnam, among respondents who would like to unsubscribe to SvoD services in the next three months, 42 percent of them stated that the price increase was their reason for canceling their subscriptions. Quality of the content was also one of the most popular reason for such a decision.
