According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in June 2024 in the Philippines, 61 percent of respondents said they do not use any subscription video-on-demand service (SVoD) or any streaming service providers. Meanwhile, among those who did not have a subscription, they were still able to stream video content using the account of a family member.
