According to a survey on health and sports habits conducted in December 2020, running and walking were the most favorite physical activities in China, with 72 percent and 51.5 percent of respondents stating they had done so in the last 12 months. The same survey found out that lack of professional guidance and having limited time were the common difficulties among repondents when doing exercises.
