According to a survey from 2020, consumers in the United States responded positively to the possibility of using an appointment scheduling system offered by pharmacies and drustore retailers to book an in-store visit, with a majority of respondents by 57 percent claiming they would feel safer and happier. This was closely followed by 55 percent who would think better of the retailer.
