Sugarcane crushed in Zimbabwe 2014-2022
As of 2019/2020, the volume of sugarcane crushed in Zimbabwe amounted to close to 3.7 million metric tons. Compared to the preceding year, this was an increase from 3.6 million metric tons. Overall, the volume of sugarcane crushed in the country fluctuated peaking in 2014/2015 at 3.9 million metric tons. In 2017/2018, sugarcane crushing was at its lowest. Furthermore, it is forecast to reach 3.6 million metric tons in 2021/2022.
