According to a survey conducted in December 2020, close to 38 percent of the respondents in Japan thought that artificial intelligence (AI) is helpful for daily life and society. While more than 11 percent stated that they worry when it comes to AI, the answers given by respondents indicated that the image of AI improved in many regards compared to the image they had three to four years ago.
