According to a July survey of online users in Great Britain, 40 percent of the respondents reported not having ever installed the NHS COVID-19 app at all. Of those who were using the app, 22 percent reported using it correctly. In the case of online users aged 65 and above, roughly three in 10 reported using the app correctly. By comparison, 17 percent of online users aged between 18 and 24 years old reported deleting the app.
