Hungarians' opinion on male and female roles in society 2021, by settlement
As of 2021, nearly half of Hungarians living in villages believed that it was the man's job to earn money while women stayed at home taking care of their children and the household. At the same time, 38 percent of respondents living in Budapest agreed with this statement.
