Ability to work from home in Tunisia 2020, by gender
As of November 2020, 12 percent of the male respondents in Tunisia said they were able to work from home. On the other hand, the share was higher among women, with 21 percent of the female respondents having the means to work remotely. Working from home became increasingly common due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. In Tunisia, only 15 percent of the urban population could carry out home-based work as of 2020.
